Video: Add Details, Credits and Questions
Keep your explanation with the video by adding About this video. It appears below the video and is separate from viewer comments.
- Open New POP, or open your own POP and choose Edit POP.
- Choose Video. Upload a video or paste a complete video address.
- Enter your explanation, source credits, reflections or questions in About this video. The field is optional and accepts up to 5,000 characters.
- Choose Save Video. Then select Create, review your POP and save it.
- Open the full POP to check the text beneath the video. Edit POP lets you revise it later.
Abstract: Summarize Your Whole POP
Write one short summary for your whole POP. Reuse it in gallery previews, Abstracts Gallery and magazine pages.
- Create a POP with at least one media piece, or choose Edit POP on an existing creation.
- In the Create dialog, enter an Abstract of up to 2,000 characters. Summarize the whole work, not just its Literature piece.
- Choose Preview, then Save POP or Save revised version.
- Open the POP to read the Abstract. On a gallery you own, choose Abstracts Gallery or Picture Book / Magazine to display summaries.
- Reopen Edit POP whenever the summary needs updating.
Picture Puzzle: Link a Scene to Your POPs
Turn a themed picture into an interactive map. Oval or rectangular regions open the associated public POPs.
- Open any gallery you own. Add the Public POPs you want visitors to explore.
- Above Creations, choose Gallery layout → Picture Puzzle.
- Upload your own image, or enter a complete http/https image address.
- Choose the POP for the next region. Click the picture to place a region, or choose Add region at center.
- Adjust the region’s shape, Left, Top, Width and Height. These values are percentages, so the links follow the picture on different screens.
- Repeat for other POPs, then select Save arrangement.
- Click a numbered region, or its matching link below the picture, to open the full POP.
Abstracts Gallery: Browse Ideas at a Glance
Display each public POP’s title and Abstract in a compact gallery, with a link to the full work.
- Give your POPs an Abstract through Create or Edit POP.
- Place the Public POPs in the gallery you want to present.
- Open that gallery as its owner and choose Gallery layout → Abstracts Gallery.
- Use Earlier / Later while editing to set the reading order.
- Select Save arrangement, then try Open full POP.
Magazine: Name Your Book and Create a Cover
Give your Picture Book a magazine name, issue month, subtitle and illustrated cover.
- Open any gallery you own; a separate gallery for each issue makes a useful archive.
- Choose Gallery layout → Picture Book / Magazine. If the magazine is already saved, choose Rearrange POPs to edit it.
- Enter Book / magazine name and choose the Issue month.
- Write a Cover subtitle and an optional Cover introduction / credits.
- Upload a cover image or enter its http/https address. Leave the image address blank to use the first featured POP’s image.
- Select Save arrangement. The reader opens on the cover.
Magazine: Add Pages and Turn Them
Build a reading sequence from POP pages and text pages. Page numbers update automatically as you arrange the book.
- In Picture Book / Magazine, choose Rearrange POPs to open Edit your magazine.
- Select a Featured POP already in the gallery and choose Add POP page. Its image, title, author and Abstract become a numbered page.
- Choose Add text page for a welcome note, editorial, explanation or conclusion.
- Expand a page entry to edit its optional heading and introduction. A POP page can be linked to a different Public POP in the same gallery.
- Use Earlier / Later to arrange pages. Preview page opens the selected page.
- Select Save arrangement to keep the cover and pages.
- Read with Previous / Next, the page selector or Contents on the cover. When the book area has keyboard focus, left and right arrow keys also turn pages.
Magazine: Edit, Remove Pages and Archive
Maintain your magazine without deleting its original POPs. Distinguish removing a page from deleting an entire gallery.
- Open your magazine and choose Rearrange POPs to edit its cover or content.
- Expand a numbered page entry to change its heading, introduction or featured POP.
- Choose Remove page to remove that entry, then Save arrangement. The original POP remains in My Studio.
- Choose Cancel changes to discard unsaved magazine edits.
- To retire a dedicated issue, open Manage Galleries, select that issue gallery and choose Archive. Restore makes it available again.
- Delete gallery permanently deletes that gallery and its sub-galleries after confirmation. The POPs themselves remain in My Studio.
ArtPuzzle Magazine: Curate the Best POPs of the Month
Create a dedicated monthly issue, select your featured POPs and preserve previous issues as separate galleries.
- Create a gallery or sub-gallery for the issue, for example ArtPuzzle Magazine — October 2026.
- Add the Public POPs you want to feature. Existing POPs can appear in more than one gallery.
- Choose Picture Book / Magazine and set the issue’s name and month.
- Select the featured POP pages, remove entries you do not want in the issue, and arrange their order. Selection is the curator’s choice; no automatic best-of ranking is applied.
- Add a welcome or editor’s note as a text page, create the cover and save.
- Share the gallery link according to its access settings. For the next issue, create a separate gallery so the earlier issue keeps its page selection and layout.
All Galleries: Browse a Category Phonebook
Use the Phonebook view to browse an alphabetical, numbered directory of public galleries filtered by category.
- Open All Galleries from the navigation.
- Choose Phonebook as the view.
- Select a Category: Art, Music, Literature, Video, Tutorials, Magazines, or a supported style.
- Use Search galleries to narrow the list by gallery name, owner or description.
- Browse the alphabetical entries with Previous / Next, or select a directory page.
- Choose Open gallery on any entry. The destination keeps its own cards, puzzle, Abstracts or magazine layout.
